- Self-Care Areas let you group your goals by category.
- You can choose from pre-defined areas or create your own to match your personal goals.

- Milestone Motivation: As you make progress in each area, you’ll earn Stars and Rainbow Stones to celebrate your efforts.
- Performance-Friendly: Designed to work smoothly—even for users with lots of goals.
✨ How to Use Them:
- Go to your Home screen.
- Tap into the menu in the top left corner, then find the Self-Care Areas option.
- Choose a category or create a new one, then assign your goals accordingly.
⭐️ Claiming Your Rewards:
- Press the Quests Tab on the Home Page.
- Scroll down to view the Weekly Milestones section.
- Any rewards you have will be available here!
