➕ To create a goal:
- From the home screen, tap the + Add Goal button (this will be below your current goal list).
- Enter your goal title (e.g., "Take a walk" or "Drink water").
- (optional) Add your goal to one of your Self-Care Areas for more in-depth tracking.
- Set how often you'd like to complete the goal (daily, weekly, etc.).
- Tap “more options” to further customize this goal (time of day, notifications, etc…).
- Tap Save—your goal will now appear on your home screen and/ or in the “My Goals” section in your settings.
✅ To complete a goal:
- Tap the goal from your home screen.
- Tap the checkmark button to mark it as complete.
- You'll earn ⚡️ Energy or Rainbow Stones 🌈
Extra Tips:
- You can mark a goal for a previous day by going to the history page in your settings > select the date you’d like to complete retroactively > tap the goal > mark as complete
- Tap a goal to pause, snooze, or edit it anytime.
