How do I activate Finch Plus through Wellhub?

If your employer offers Wellhub, you may be able to access Finch Plus at no additional cost through your Wellhub plan.

Follow the steps below to activate your access.

How to activate Finch through Wellhub

  1. Open the Wellhub app
  2. Go to the Explore tab
  3. Select the Apps filter
  4. Search for Finch
  5. Tap Activate
    • If you don’t see the Activate button, Finch may not be included in your current Wellhub plan.
       
  6. Choose one of the following:
    - Link Existing Account – if you already have a Finch account, login using your phone number
    - Sign Up – if you’re new to Finch you will need to:
    • Tap Activate and be directed to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the app.
    • Once you have downloaded the Finch app, go through the Finch onboarding process.
    • Go back into the Wellhub App and tap Activate again. Finch will open and the accounts will be linked, OR you will be prompted to create an account to link to Wellhub
       
  7. Download the Finch app (if you haven’t already) and log in.
  8. That’s it - your Finch Plus access is now active.

 

I already have Finch Plus. What happens?

If you currently have a paid Finch Plus subscription:

  • Your Wellhub access will begin after your existing subscription period ends if you try to link your account and have Finch Plus you will see this pop up:

  • Finch does not automatically refund or prorate active subscriptions
  • Once your current subscription period ends, please:
    • Visit the Wellhub app → select “Activate”
    • If Finch is installed on your phone, the Wellhub “Activate” will open the app and link your account.
  • If you’re billed through Apple or Google, you must cancel your existing subscription through your app store to avoid duplicate charges

     

What happens if I lose access to Wellhub?

If your Wellhub eligibility ends (for example, if your employer changes benefits), your Finch Plus access through Wellhub will end as well.

You can continue using Finch for free, or start a direct Finch Plus subscription at any time.

 

Why can’t I see Finch in Wellhub?

Finch availability depends on:

  • Your Wellhub plan tier
  • Your country
  • Your employer’s selected benefits

If Finch isn’t visible, please contact Wellhub support to confirm eligibility.
