đź’ What Happens When You Turn On Pause Mode?
- Your streak is paused and preserved. You won’t lose your progress for the duration of Pause Mode.
- Most app features, including goals, are hidden to help you focus on rest.
- You can still access the First Aid Kit for support if you need it.
- You’ll see a special Pause Mode screen with a reminder of how many days are left until Pause Mode ends.
⏸️ How to Enable Pause Mode
- Go to your Settings and find the Pause Mode option.
- Tap on Pause Mode. A prompt will appear, letting you choose how many days to pause and whether to set a reminder.
- Confirm your choice. Pause Mode will turn on immediately, and you’ll see the Pause Mode screen.
▶️ How to Turn Off Pause Mode Early
- From the Pause Mode screen, tap the button to turn Pause Mode off.
- Confirm your choice. Your streak and progress will resume as normal.
Pause Mode is designed to support your well-being—take the time you need! As a reminder, if you need help, the First Aid Kit is always available from the Pause Mode screen.
