Our team is aware of a bug occurring with the Friend Questions feature (currently in partial rollout). There's a bug where yesterday's question may have been auto-answered without opening it, or your selected answer may not save correctly.
This should now be fixed with today's new question!
Downloading Assets Page
Some users may be experiencing an issue with downloading assets to the app. We recommend trying these troubleshooting steps:
• Make sure your internet connection is stable and working properly
• Close the app completely
• Turn on airplane mode
• Reopen the app while still in airplane mode
• Once you're in, turn airplane mode off and continue using the app
Friend Micropet Eggs Bugs w/ Partial Rollout
We recently started a partial rollout of a new feature called Friend Micropet Eggs, but ran into a bug that we want to fix before continuing. Because of that, we’ve temporarily rolled the feature back.
We’re planning to give it another go this Monday once everything is running more smoothly — thank you for your patience while we get it right! 🙏
We’re sincerely sorry for any lost progress you might be experiencing. Our team hopes to be able to remedy that, but unfortunately, we can’t guarantee it. 😔
